Terms of service

The agreement
These terms are between you and Ezoic Inc. ("Pumpkin", "we"). By creating a Pumpkin account or using the Pumpkin editor with a license from pumpkin.club, you agree to them.
The service
Pumpkin is a desktop code editor with an AI agent. A Pumpkin license lets one person install and use the editor. The editor uses model providers you choose and pay for separately with your own API keys. Optional Pumpkin credits pay for model usage through Pumpkin's hosted route at the fees on the pricing page.
Accounts and seats
- Each person needs their own login. Do not share passwords or sign-in tokens.
- On a business plan, the owner buys a number of seats. The owner and each invited member who holds a license each occupy one seat. The number of people holding licenses cannot exceed the seats paid for.
- Owners and admins can invite, assign, and revoke licenses for their team. Revoking a license signs that person out of the editor.
Payment
- The price is stated on the pricing page per seat per month, billed monthly in advance through Stripe.
- An organization's first subscription starts with a 14-day free trial for the seats bought. A card is required at checkout. Nothing is charged during the trial. On day 15 Stripe charges the first month for every seat unless you cancel before then. Cancelling during the trial ends the subscription when the trial ends, with no charge. Each account and organization gets one trial; later subscriptions have none.
- Adding seats charges the prorated difference for the current period immediately; removing seats credits your Stripe balance immediately. During a free trial, seat changes cost nothing until the trial ends.
- If a payment fails, we will retry. If it keeps failing the subscription is canceled and licenses end.
- You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. The seven-day refund policy below applies to recent charges.
Seven-day refunds
Refund any Pumpkin seat or credit charge made in the last seven days, no questions asked. The billing owner requests it from account refunds. A typed reason is required for feedback; any reason is accepted and its content never determines eligibility. This covers renewals, seat changes, and credit purchases, including used credits. A free trial has no charge; the first charge after it can be refunded for seven days like any other.
We refund the amount not already refunded, including the tax charged, to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary. A seat refund ends that subscription and its seats. A credit refund removes the purchased credits and turns off automatic reload; spent credits can leave a negative balance. Charges paid directly to another provider are covered by that provider's policy. Your statutory rights remain unchanged.
Acceptable use
Do not use Pumpkin to break the law, to attack systems you do not have permission to test, or to circumvent the license check. Do not redistribute the editor binaries.
Your code
Your code is yours. The editor runs on your machine and does not send your files to pumpkin.club. What you send to third-party model providers is governed by their terms.
Warranty and liability
Pumpkin is provided as is. We do not promise it is free of bugs or that any model output is correct. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time by emailing support. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will email account holders before it takes effect.
