Terms of service

The agreement
These terms are between you and Ezoic Inc. ("Pumpkin", "we"). By creating a Pumpkin account or using the Pumpkin editor with a license from pumpkin.club, you agree to them.
The service
Pumpkin is a desktop code editor with an AI agent. A Pumpkin license lets one person install and use the editor. The editor uses model providers you choose and pay for separately with your own API keys; we do not resell model usage.
Accounts and seats
- Each person needs their own login. Do not share passwords or sign-in tokens.
- On a business plan, the owner buys a number of seats. The owner and each invited member who holds a license each occupy one seat. The number of people holding licenses cannot exceed the seats paid for.
- Owners and admins can invite, assign, and revoke licenses for their team. Revoking a license signs that person out of the editor.
Payment
- The price is stated on the pricing page per seat per month, billed monthly in advance through Stripe.
- Changing the seat count changes the next invoice, prorated for the current period.
- If a payment fails, we will retry. If it keeps failing the subscription is canceled and licenses end.
- You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; there are no refunds for partial months.
Acceptable use
Do not use Pumpkin to break the law, to attack systems you do not have permission to test, or to circumvent the license check. Do not redistribute the editor binaries.
Your code
Your code is yours. The editor runs on your machine and does not send your files to pumpkin.club. What you send to third-party model providers is governed by their terms.
Warranty and liability
Pumpkin is provided as is. We do not promise it is free of bugs or that any model output is correct. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time by emailing support. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will email account holders before it takes effect.
