Made for the way you work
Your development process
Use a process that fits your team. Make the expected steps part of the work instead of repeating them in every prompt.
In practice
A useful place to start
One project needs a design review before code. Another needs a live check after release. Give each its own steps and see which one the agent is working on.
A visible path
The built-in process covers documentation, research, planning, building, testing, review, shipping, and verification. The current step appears with the work so you can follow progress.
Change the steps
Edit the process for your own work or for a specific workspace. Add the checks that matter, choose what small tasks may skip, and attach clear instructions to each step.
Carry it into the task
The agent receives the chosen process as part of its guidance. Project rules and review requirements can work alongside it, keeping the expected result and evidence explicit.
Get started
Open the development process editor from Pumpkin's commands or Settings. Save personal steps for general use or workspace steps for a particular project.
Good to know
A process guides the agent; it is not a hard security boundary. Use permissions and hooks for enforced controls, and inspect the required evidence at human review points.
